Nature of the Services

The Theo interface (https://app.theo.xyz) allows you to connect a blockchain wallet to view your holdings of tokens deployed using Theo’s infrastructure across supported blockchain networks. This interface does not act as a broker, exchange or custodian and does not execute, settle or clear transactions. You assume all risks related to interacting with blockchain protocols.

Eligibility and Restricted Users

You must not be a Restricted Person, which includes: (a) citizens or residents of the United States or any jurisdiction subject to United States embargo or sanctions; (b) any person or entity listed on sanctions lists maintained by the U.S., U.K., E.U. or U.N.; or (c) persons in countries designated by the U.S. government as supporting terrorism. You agree not to use a VPN or other tools to circumvent geographic restrictions. We may use IP-based geofencing or other methods to enforce these restrictions.

Prohibited Activities

You agree not to: (a) violate any applicable laws including anti-money laundering and sanctions laws; (b) engage in fraudulent activity or provide false information; (c) interfere with or disrupt the Services; or (d) use the Services from a prohibited jurisdiction. We reserve the right to disable your access for any breach of these Terms.

Limitation of Liability

The Services are provided "as is" without warranties. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Services. You bear all risks associated with blockchain networks, smart contracts, and digital assets, including potential loss of value, hacking, or regulatory changes.
